From Sweet Potato to Hummus, Avo & Poached Eggs | What I Eat in a Day #11

A day where I was genuinely completely meal prepped — I try to do this most of the time, when I’m able, over the weekend and then have to just fend for myself for dinner. I started off a hard session at the gym, had a banana and protein shake for breakfast and then snacked on some homemade hummus before lunch. Check out the video!
