Easy & Delicious 10-minute Naan Recipe

Incredibly quick and easy naan recipe that you can whip up for dinner -- it's a personal favourite and I'm honestly never too lazy to make it, it's just that simple!
Ingredients
  • 9 tbsp of spelt flour*
  • 3 tbsp of soy yoghurt**
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • 1 tsp of dried basil (optional, you can add other flavours too)
Instructions
  1. Mix the dry ingredients together first, then mix in the yoghurt and olive oil and knead well for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Divide into 3 generous naans or 4 smaller portions.
  3. Roll out thinly, to about 0.5cm
  4. In a very hot pan, add a little bit of olive oil (very little, I wipe off excess with some kitchen roll) and pop each naan on there for 2-3 minutes each side, until it starts to char nicely
Notes
*you can sub for wheat or wholewheat flour, gluten-free flour, and similar; I don't recommend you use things like quinoa or coconut flour here
**you can substitute your preferred yoghurt
