    I spent a week in Bangalore in August learning the foundations of yoga to build a better authentic and strong practice. My instructor, Dr Vikas Kamath, is an expert who studied under the legendary BKS Iyengar, and is also one of only 12 yogis in India authorised by the government to teach. We studied classical Hatha yoga and I am truly grateful for the experience.
