    Catching Up | What I Ate #55-59

    IMG_2890.JPG

Here are my last four What I Eat in a Day’s combined into one nifty post! I didn’t want to post each separately and create a bit of a spam of posts. As I was in the process of redesigning the website, certain things (such as updating it) were difficult due to both time restraints and because I would have lost some of the posts in transition.

Nevertheless! Here they are. Please don’t forget to subscribe while you’re watching, it makes a massive difference and ensures that you don’t miss a video, even when I blank and forget to post them here!

    Healthy Eating & Cycling 30km in 45min PB |
    What I Eat #55

I was really proud to hit my PB here!! I can’t believe I hit 30.3km in 45 minutes. I’ve been wanting to push harder and getting that felt so good.

    Traditional Bahraini Breakfasts |
    What I Eat #56

A day of meetings, including through breakfast and lunch, and kept it vegetarian all day. Whoop! Haji’s and Dosa Plaza are both in Manama, both well-known establishments that have been there for decades.

Dubai IronMan 70.3 & The Best Balkan Food |
    What I Eat #57

I flew to Dubai to support my girl Dana as she ran the IronMan 70.3 ON HER BIRTHDAY. The food we had at 21grams, which has been open less than a month, was INCREDIBLE and I’d definitely recommend going! The owner was super lovely when I spoke to her and everything we tried we loved.

Healthy Eating & Black Panthar Premiere |
    What I Eat #58

Busy day at the office capped off with Black Panther Movie Premiere in Bahrain. Watch for my review but spoiler: I LOVED IT.

    Shakshuka & Bahrain’s Strongest Man |
    What I Eat #59

A relaxed Saturday, with late brunch and spending the rainy afternoon outdoors watching my cousin compete in Bahrain’s Strongest Man competition. Proud of him for his hard work — what an epic attempt. I highly recommend trying out my Shakshuka recipe, there’s not many other there that are better! I swear.
