…and we’re back on the meal prep bandwagon! This was after I’d been back a week and I was back to my usual meal-prepping self. Breakfast went a little sideways with a green smoothie that tasted terrible (someone, please, tell me how to use hemp powder without wanting to gag), to a roasted veg, chicken and quinoa salad and liver stew for dinner.
