Buddha Bowls, Burgers & 5k Colour Run | What I Eat #18

A bit of a messy, fun day on Friday with Bahrain’s annual 5k Colour Run, and filled with lots of laughter, talking, coffee — balanced out with lots of greens and a personal best of 60kg deadlifts — 3 sets of 10! I was, as you can imagine, sore and tight the next day.

I love taking the time on weekends to play with my food and just put something on a plate that I really can’t wait to dig into — and this bowl was certainly a feast. Please do give the video a watch and let me know what you think.
