
This is one of those dishes so easy to put together that almost doesn’t require a recipe, but I’ve found that I get a lot of compliments on it when I do whip it up. It’s also always useful to have recipes that take practically no effort to make, isn’t it? I tend to have this as a spread, a dip or used as added flavour in certain baked dishes.
Dill & Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 300g cream cheese
- One bunch fresh dill
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- ½ tbsp salt
Instructions
- Simply chop the dill as finely as you can and then mix all the ingredients together in a bowl thoroughly.*
